Studio concepts maintains a year-round float construction facility in Portland, Oregon. Since 1977 we have built Commercially sponsored floats for the Portland Rose Festival’s Grand Floral Parade, as well as Participating in the Pasadena Tournament of Roses and in many other parades across the country from Seattle to Tampa. We offer services in all phases of float creation, from design to transportation.
